Each year, the Finance, Audit and Risk Committee undertakes a self-evaluation to reflect on its performance and identify opportunities for improvement. To support this process, we’ve developed a short survey to gather feedback from those who have engaged with the Committee over the past year.

We’re inviting Committee members, Councillors, Community Board members, and Te Ranga Urungi (TRU) members who have attended a Finance, Audit and Risk Committee meeting in the last 12 months to share their insights.

Your feedback is invaluable and will help shape the Committee’s future direction. The survey should take no more than 5–10 minutes to complete, and all responses are anonymous unless you choose to include identifying information.

Please complete the survey by 25 August 2025 so we can analyse the results and present findings, along with potential improvement opportunities, at the September Committee meeting.

Thank you for your time and contribution.
